West Ham is putting all efforts into avoiding relegation. They have done a good job over the past weeks, collecting the necessary points to now position themselves out of the red zone. The Hammers have 2 wins, 2 draws, and 1 loss in the last 5 matches, whereas the Citizens have 3 wins, 1 draw, and 1 loss in the last 5 games. Despite the good momentum, I don't think West Ham will be able to claim a win today against Man City. The Citizens should return to a win, as they have just made a couple of false steps recently, especially the loss against Real Madrid in the CHL. I would consider Man City to win on the road.

Arsenal is continuing their run toward the EPL title, as they stand 7 points ahead of Manchester City in second place. Today's game is going to be a tough challenge for the Gunners, especially as they need both a win today and a decisive win against Leverkusen on Tuesday in the upcoming CHL matchday. This creates a lot of pressure on Arsenal. Furthermore, we have an Everton that has been unbeaten on the road in the last six games, which should not be overlooked. Everton did not start this campaign at their best, but they have definitely shown their worth when underestimated. I think the Gunners might crack under pressure and concede a late goal that would leave them with a loss. The Toffees to win by 0-1.

This is definitely not one of Chelsea's good campaigns, as they are seeing some very mixed results which are baffling. The Blues came from a solid 4-1 win against Villa to draw against Wrexham in the FA Cup round of 16, ending up winning in extra time anyway, and then suffered a 5-2 loss to PSG in the Champions League. It seems a very unstable and unpredictable time for Chelsea right now. The good thing about this encounter, however, is that Newcastle has not been that aggressive either. They have 2 wins, 1 draw, and 2 losses in the last 5 matches in all competitions, with the recent draw being against Barcelona in the Champions League. That was a tough and well-deserved result, but it does put Newcastle under a bit of stress as the next leg is coming this Wednesday. They cannot allow any mishap. While playing for a win here might be more difficult, they should still be able to secure a draw against the likes of Chelsea given Chelsea's poor stability at this time. I would consider a 0-0 or 1-1 draw here.

Both sides are playing in the Champions League and have some serious tests next week, especially Chelsea, which lost to PSG 5-2 in the previous leg. Newcastle will have to face Barça, so I would not be surprised if the two sides settle for a draw today ??" perhaps a balanced 0-0 with no goalscorers.

While Burnley was not doing badly for a team in their position a while back, they seem to have fallen from that level as things get more tense and the struggle for survival becomes harder. Burnley comes after 1 win, 1 draw and 3 losses in the last 5 matches, with the last 2 being defeats in a row. They are facing a tough Bournemouth, which has been consistent enough to avoid any defeats in the last 8 matches. Bournemouth counts 1 win and 4 draws in the last 5. While this could have been thought of as a possible draw by many, I am leaning toward picking the visitors as the winner instead. After all, Bournemouth does have consistency, and they have led the past H2Hs 3??"1. Hence I would go for a 1??"2 or 1??"3 away victory.

This feels like a draw most likely. Sunderland have had some ups and downs lately, and amidst a few shaky results they are still at 2 wins, 1 draw, and 2 losses, which is not that bad. They do seem slightly better than today's opponent anyway, with Brighton counting 2 wins and 3 losses in their last five encounters. The H2Hs suggest the very same, as each side has won once and they've drawn on three other occasions. While I do believe Sunderland might lead in the first half, they would eventually lose the advantage and Brighton would balance things out. This could be a 1-1 result.

The Spurs are not looking very good at this time, as they come from very poor form. They have lost their fourth game in a row now after the 2-2 draw against Manchester City. They really need to start moving and collect more points. Despite being safe for now, relegation is still a big risk for Tottenham. Palace, on the other hand, are slightly better, with two wins, one draw, and two losses in the last five matches. Palace is sitting in 14th place at this time and are temporarily safe. Looking at the H2Hs, the two sides have been neck and neck, with the Spurs leading 3-2. Taking all the above into consideration, this will not be an easy task for them. The Spurs really need to put in some effort and claim a win, or it will blow up in their face when they end up getting surpassed by their rivals West Ham in the next round and drop into the relegation area. I will side with the Spurs to win, NY 2-1.

Since Amorim's exit, Manchester United has been doing really well. They come from a decent run of 4 wins and 1 draw. They will be facing a shaky Newcastle, which has improved a lot in recent encounters but still has 2 losses, one against Man City and the other against Everton. The head-to-heads have been mixed, but with the good momentum Manchester United has, I think this might end up as an away win for the Devils.

I would pick Bournemouth to win this encounter because Bournemouth has been slightly better than Brentford. Bournemouth is undefeated in the last 6 games with 3 wins and 3 draws. Against Brentford they have 4 wins, 1 draw, and 1 loss. Brentford have seemingly dominated all of the last 5 H2Hs; however, I feel that for this fixture, Bournemouth as a more solid side might actually claim a long-sought direct win over Brentford.

At first sight this encounter looks like an easy home win for Everton, but contrary to the bookies' pick, I would expect something else, as you never know with the Toffees. While Everton come right after a 3-2 win against Newcastle and are in good shape and momentum, I think they are far too unpredictable to be trusted with a second win in a row. They have indeed won this fixture 3 out of 5 in the last H2Hs, but I believe Burnley are coming from a hotter position. They are risking relegation, but there are still chances for them to survive. Looking at past matches, you can tell Burnley have been pushing hard. They drew against Chelsea and then played a really good game against Brentford, scoring 3 goals but were unfortunate to lose in the end by a close 3-4. That said, I think Everton might loosen their grip here and fall to Burnley's intent to win and their strong desire to avoid relegation. Burnley to win.
