This horse sticks in my mind from the days when he showed promise in Britain for John gosden without winning he then went to France for a couple of seasons and won 3 races on soft so conditions should be good for him and now back in the UK with David o meara he's threatened to win again this season,well backed in July when 3rd at Hamilton then stepped up to 1m 6f ran well when 5th at haydock and then better still next time at 2 miles at haydock when up with the leaders but run out of it to be 3rd then last time didn't get room or luck when 6th at Goodwood but it still hinted at plenty more to come,he's been dropped 2lb and back over his winnings distance of 1m 4f and has a cracking chance

I narrowed this to 3 interesting horses but this 1 tops the lot out of kylian and badri who both should go well but existent has slipped to below his last winning mark and has threatened to win this season none more so than over this course and distance in July when a close 4th and last run in a handicap with 9-2 on his back and now has 8-12 so 4lb better here and has winning form on heavy ground so conditions no problem and today could well be the day

I'm making this horse my nap of the day for a few reasons, firstly the last and only time he won was over this course and distance in good to soft conditions which has all come right today,he has dropoed in the weights but shown a revival this season after being third in a class 3 handicap at York and has been well backed since in 3 runs when carrying at much as 9 stone 11lb in class 4 handicaps yet he's in this class 4 off 9 stone 3lb with none other than Jim Crowley booked who hardly has rides for the easterby stable and for me he will pop up soon and it all points for it to possibly be today

This horse is the value bet in my opinion,he has always promised a lot but lost his way until coming back the last twice especially last time going down narrowly to mill stream who is 1 of the best sprinters of the season and it's interesting William Buick is booked to ride him who was on mill stream when narrowly beating him and looks set for at least a place

Turning into a bit of a "cliff" horse for me and after being unlucky not to win 2 races this season I thought I caught him right at 14-1 at Goodwood at 1m 6f and he travelled like the winner but got no run yet again and 2 miles probably stretched himast time so back at 1m 6f I'm giving him 1 more go before I give up as it all looks right for a big dun if bejng drawn 1 doesn't become the issue
