Starts are a bit of an issue for this horse, but he has plenty of ability. On handicap debut at this track he was slowly away and detached at one point but flew home to finish a close third. Then dropped to a mile last time, he was slowly away again but was flying late to finish third again; the trip was too short. Back at 1m 2f at York looks perfect. If he gets away a bit better, he's the bet of the day off bottom weight, as he's better than this mark, no doubt.
