Burnley have mixed to poor form recently, with some close matches at times but still often ending up with mostly losses, including most recently losing 1-2 away to Newcastle. Fulham, meanwhile, have been hit-and-miss recently, very inconsistent, with a mix of more impressive wins offset by some poorer losses; they lost 1-2 at home to Crystal Palace most recently. I think this could be a close match today. While Burnley have the worse form, they are at home and have generally done a bit better in home matches. Fulham do have the better ability generally, but they have been very inconsistent this season. If Burnley can give a more focused and determined defensive effort today, they may be able to hold out for a point at home. A draw at around 49/20 looks like a plausible potential outcome.

Chelsea have had quite mixed, hit-and-miss form recently, with some good performances and results mixed with some more disappointing results, including a lacklustre 0-0 draw away against Bournemouth most recently. Everton have had mixed to better form recently, with some occasional poor performances and results, but more often getting fairly good wins over recent weeks, including a big 3-0 win at home over Nottingham Forest most recently. I think this could be a quite close match today. While Chelsea are at home and have the better overall ability, they have been too inconsistent recently and may slightly lack value as a result. With Everton having better form in recent weeks, I think if Everton give a solid defensive effort today, they could hold out for a point. A draw at fairly reasonable value of 29/10 is a plausible outcome today.

Liverpool have been struggling a lot for consistency with their slump in form for some months now. While Liverpool have had occasional better performances and results, they have been very unreliable recently. In the league they most recently had to settle for a 3-3 draw away at Leeds. Brighton, meanwhile, have had mixed, inconsistent form in terms of results. They sometimes produce stronger performances and results, but have also suffered setbacks, including only getting a 1-1 draw at home against West Ham most recently. I think this may well be a close game today. While Liverpool are at home, they have been struggling massively recently. The team is quite disjointed and struggling to build an integrated side with a number of new arrivals and some aging players, as well as significant defensive issues. As such, I think Liverpool lack value today, with their recent slump representing some underlying issues. Brighton can be quite inconsistent too, but they still have the ability that, if they produce one of their better performances, they could well get something from this game. A draw between these two teams is a plausible outcome at reasonably good value at 16/5.
