Won well last time out in a Group 3, with the runner-up winning a Group 1 at Royal Ascot. His only try at this trip saw him finish 3rd to Marouna Charlie and Sirius, and he has to make ground up on those. But being unexposed at this trip, and with a pacemaker likely to set a good pace, he could sneak a place against some who have questions to answer.

High class 3 year old who won the 2000 Guineas before a poorish run at Royal Ascot when 3rd to the classy Field Of Gold, with the 6th placed horse winning next time out. This trip could be ideal and with 2 places at 1/2 the odds, Ruling Court is worth the gamble for a stable in red hot form.

Has arguably run his best races here, and although he was down the field in this last year, his prior race saw him finish a neck second to Rwo Tempting, and he is now 12 lb better off with that rival. His 3 runs this term have been decent enough, with his 4th placed effort to My Cloud being the standout form, with the winner and second franking that form. He normally takes a few runs to find his winning form, and that could come today.

Ran a solid race at Royal Ascot at big odds when around 5 lengths 6th to Merchant. The form of that run was franked by the second finishing runner-up in the Irish Derby. The form of his two previous races (finished 3rd and 1st) has also been franked, and he could be a potential pattern horse in handicap company. He can reach at least the places for his in-form stable.

Ran well to win at Royal Ascot last time out, taking the 3-year-old handicap, staying on well. His win over course and distance looked good too, as he showed a good turn of foot to come between horses and can run well in his first venture in group company.

His last race can be forgiven as he had a poor draw at Chester, and a return to this surface will suit as his 4 runs on Tapeta have seen a return of 1 win, 2 thirds, and a 5th.

The stable has a decent record here and is in form. This one went up 3lb for winning a class 4 handicap at Ripon 4 runs ago. He has maintained that form with three 3rd placed efforts since from that mark and is 4lb better off with Gibside for a 2-length beaten. Looks a good each-way proposition.

Could run well at a nice price following his excellent 4th in a Group 3 on his return. He should strip fitter, usually needing a run or two to get to the winner's enclosure. He has improved since winning a Class 2 handicap off 89 and is now rated 109. He does need to improve again to take this, but there is likely to be further improvement for the unexposed 4-year-old. With 2 places from 2 runs here in big field handicaps, he can reach the frame.

Was not beaten far here when 5th last time out and the addition of the headgear and big field could play to his advantage and with the third placed horse boosting the form by winning at the Derby meeting. His previous run, also here, saw him run second and a repeat of that from can see him go well, also at double figure odds
