JoshLFC180's Tips

4th March 2026
19:30 Aston Villa v Chelsea
Fourth versus sixth in the Premier League and I do think it's going to be a very close game at Villa Park. Their last home game for Villa was a draw with Leeds United, and I think tonight they will settle for a point each with Chelsea, who are good away from home.

Jorrel Hato

Player to be Booked

50 WIN

Marking Leon Bailey will be tough. Plus, Matty Cash will be getting forward too. Højbjerg was booked in the last two games and I think in tonight's game it will be three yellow cards in a row.

Tyrone Mings

Player to be Booked

50 WIN

The defender has only played eleven games, and I do think with Palmer, Garnacho, and Pedro that Chelsea will get a lot of chances. I do think Mings will get a yellow card in this game.
19:30 Brighton v Arsenal

Declan Rice

First Goalscorer

50 WIN

Four goals this season for Arsenal, and I do think the captain is due a goal. He takes the free kicks and likes to get into the box. I think Declan Rice will be the first goalscorer in today's game.

Arsenal #4-1

50 WIN

Arsenal won their last away game 4-1 against Tottenham Hotspur in a North London derby. I do think they can score four again and beat Brighton by the same score tonight in the league.

Declan Rice

Player to be Booked

50 WIN

Two yellow cards this season and seven last year. I do think Brighton will mark Rice very tightly, and Baleba and Groß will tackle him a lot. I think the English midfielder will retaliate and get a yellow in this game.

Jan Paul van Hecke

Player to be Booked

50 WIN

Three book kings in six games and with Marking Eze and Gyökeres I do think the big Dutch defender is going to make a lot of tackles and get booked in this game.
19:30 Fulham v West Ham

Fulham

50 WIN

Fulham have won three in a row, and I do think they are going to beat West Ham United after West Ham conceded five at Anfield over the weekend. Fulham beat West Ham away, and I think they will win again tonight.
19:30 Man City v Nottm Forest

Man City

50 WIN

Nottingham Forest have lost their last three, and Manchester City have won six in a row. I do think that after City won away to Forest, today's game is going to be another win for the Manchester side at home.

Erling Haaland

First Goalscorer

50 WIN

Back in the starting lineup and looking to add to his 22 league goals this season. I do think Haaland is going to open the scoring and give Manchester City the lead in this game.

Ruben Dias

Player to be Booked

50 WIN

The Portuguese was booked in the last home game against Newcastle, and I do think he is going to get another in today's game marking Ígor Jesus and Morgan Gibbs-White. I think Dias will pick up a yellow card.
20:15 Newcastle v Man Utd
Newcastle United lost at home to Everton over the weekend and they have now lost three in four at St James' Park, so I do think Manchester United will fancy this. United won at Everton and Arsenal, and I think they will win at Newcastle in today's game too.

Matheus Cunha

First Goalscorer

50 WIN

Six goals this season for the Brazilian, and I do think he will cut in off the left and give Manchester United the lead. Mbeumo will make space, and with Sesko holding it up, I think Cunha will be the first scorer.

Man Utd #2-1

50 WIN

Three home defeats in four for Newcastle United, and I do think there is a great chance for Manchester United to win this game tonight. Manchester City beat Newcastle United 2-1, and I think United will beat them 2-1 in tonight's game too.

Kieran Trippier

Player to be Booked

50 WIN

Booked against Manchester City last week for his fourth yellow card. I do think the full back will have to mark Cunha and Luke Shaw getting forward. I think Kieran Trippier will make a lot of fouls and tackles, and I think he gets a yellow in today's game.

Luke Shaw

Player to be Booked

50 WIN

Four bookings this season, and I do think he will go head-to-head with the other full-back, Trippier. Luke Shaw was booked at home to Newcastle this season, and I think in today's game he gets another yellow card.
5th March 2026
00:40 UTA Jazz @ PHI 76ers

PHI 76ers

Money Line

85 WIN

The Jazz have lost six in a row, and they were beaten away in Philadelphia this time last year. Utah have lost their last two, and I think the Sixers will win tonight's game.
20:00 Tottenham v Crystal Palace

Draw

50 WIN

The last four head-to-heads were two wins each, and this will be a very hard London derby to call. Palace have drawn two of four away, and Spurs have two defeats and a draw in three at home. I do think this will be a draw in today's game.
6th March 2026
19:45 Cheltenham v Barrow

Draw

50 WIN

Cheltenham have drawn three of their last four games. With Barrow second from bottom and fighting for their lives in a relegation battle, I think they will defend for their lives. I think this will end as a draw in tonight's game.
20:00 Preston v Oxford Utd

Draw

50 WIN

Two draws in the last four for Preston, and last season they drew 1-1 at home to Oxford United. Two of Oxford's last three away matches were 0-0, so I do think we are looking at a draw in this match.
8th March 2026
14:45 Joburg Open

Calum Hill

25 EW

Calum Hill was runner-up twice in Dubai, and last week he was Top 20 in the South African Open Championship. Last year he won the Joburg Open on this very course, and I do think he could do it again this week back in Johannesburg.

Haydn Porteous

25 EW

The English golfer was sixth last week at the South African Open Championship, and I do think he will have another good week in South Africa. In 2016 he won the Joburg Open, so I think on the back of last week that Haydn Porteous can have another very good tournament.

Jacques Kruyswijk

25 EW

The South African was 18th in Kenya two weeks ago. Since 2017 in the Joburg Open he has been fourth twice, and last year he was runner-up to Calum Hill. I do think Jacques Kruyswijk will prove to be a very good bet.

Thriston Lawrence

25 EW

The South African is a former winner of this Joburg Open, and he was seventh at this course in this tournament in 2023. I do think Thriston Lawrence is one to have a bet on this week in the Joburg Open.
22:45 Arnold Palmer Invitational

Cameron Young

25 EW

Seventh two weeks ago at the Genesis Invitational, and in four appearances playing in the Arnold Palmer Invitational he has been 10th and 13th. I do think Cameron Young is playing very well, and I think he could have his best finish yet in this tournament.

Harris English

25 EW

Harris English has been a runner-up at the Arnold Palmer Invitational and he also has a ninth-place finish. He has made the cut at all the top golf courses this year, finishing top 30, and I do think he is going to have his best finish of 2026 at this week's tournament.

Shane Lowry

25 EW

Shane Lowry has been top ten the last two years at the Arnold Palmer Invitational. He does like this course and is playing well after finishing joint second last week in the Cognizant Classic. I do think he puts last week's disappointment behind him straight away with a good Arnold Palmer tournament.

Viktor Hovland

25 EW

In 2022 Viktor Hovland was runner-up in the Arnold Palmer Invitational, and he was top 10 the very next year. Three tournaments ago he was top ten, and he has won big titles, so I do think the European golfer will have another chance of winning at Bay Hill.
14th March 2026
20:00 Six Nations 2026

France

50 WIN

France have Ireland and England at home this year, and I do think the Six Nations is in their control. The French won the tournament last year for the second time since 2022. I think they will win the Six Nations again in 2026.
24th May 2026
00:00 England Premier League 2025/26

Brentford

To be Relegated

50 WIN

Brentford have lost Mbeumo and Norgaard in the summer and other players like Wissa and Collins have been linked with moves away. They only appointed Keith Andrews as manager and I don't think he will last the season, I think Brentford will struggle and will end up in the bottom three.
18:10 England Premier League 2025/26

Hugo Ekitike

Top Goalscorer

25 EW

The French striker moves to the Premier League after scoring fifteen league goals in Germany last season for Eintracht Frankfurt. He netted 22 in all competitions last season and I do think Hugo Ekitike will have an excellent debut season in England.

Ollie Watkins

Top Goalscorer

50 WIN

The England striker has scored fifteen-plus goals in the last three seasons, and I do think he is going to have his best season yet in the Premier League. Duran left last season, and I think Watkins will play all the games and finish as the Top Goalscorer come May time.
28th May 2026
20:00 Premier League Darts 2026

Josh Rock

50 WIN

Josh Rock had a very good 2025 after changing manufacturer to Target. I do think 2026 will be a year in which the Northern Irishman wins titles and takes that next step to the very highest level of the game. I think Rocky can win his debut year in the Premier League.

Luke Humphries

25 EW

Luke Humphries won the Premier League last year, beating Luke Littler in the final. In 2024 he also reached the final. Over sixteen nights, I do think Cool Hand will reach another final in the Premier League Darts.
30th May 2026
20:00 UEFA Champions League 2025/26

Liverpool

50 WIN

Liverpool have signed Isak, Wirtz, Ekitike and full backs Kerkez and Frimpong and I do think they have a squad that can conquer Europe. The six time European Champions topped the league stage last year and I think they will build on that to lift the Champions League this season.
12th July 2026
12:00 World Cup 2026

Netherlands

25 EW

The Dutch have made eleven appearances in the World Cup and have reached the final three times in 1974, 1978, and most recently in 2010. I do think they have their best squad in some years right now, and they are also former European Champions. Since being runner-up in South Africa 2010, they were third in Brazil 2014 and a quarter-finalist in 2022 in Qatar. I think the Netherlands can make it to another World Cup final in 2026.

Portugal

50 WIN

Portugal reached the quarterfinals at the last World Cup in 2022 in Qatar. I do think the squad they have now could win a World Cup. They won the European Championship in 2016, and with this being Ronaldo's last dance and the memory of Diogo Jota, I think Portugal will become World Champions.
2nd November 2026
00:00 MLB American League 2026

BAL Orioles

Win League

25 EW

The Baltimore Orioles didn't have much luck last season with injuries, and I do think they will bounce back this season. First and second in the East the two years before, and I think they are a bet in the American League this time around.
00:00 MLB World Series 2026

BAL Orioles

25 EW

Injuries really cost the Baltimore Orioles last season, and the two years before they were first and second in the East. I do think with some good additions and the ability to rotate, the Orioles can go all the way to the World Series final.
6th December 2026
13:00 Formula 1 Drivers Championship 2026

Lando Norris

50 WIN

The British driver won the Drivers' Championship last season. The way he held off Piastri and Verstappen was impressive and will give Lando huge confidence. I do think Norris will embrace the title and what comes with being world champion, and I think he will regain his drivers' crown in 2026/2027.
3rd January 2027
17:00 PDC World Championship 2027

Gian van Veen

50 WIN

Gian van Veen reached the final last year, and those were the first matches he won in the World Championship at Alexandra Palace. I think, much like Luke Littler??"who lost in the final and then came back the next year to win it??"Gian can do the same and become world champion.
