Blackpool are fighting relegation, and Vale are nailed to bottom place in League One. Port Vale do have games in hand, but they are not points. Blackpool must win tonight or they will firmly be in the relegation rat race. A draw is not good enough. Blackpool had strong home form early on and need to find that form tonight.

Bolton seem to be heading for the play-offs unless Lincoln and Cardiff slip up. They certainly have been having a good season, scoring fairly freely, and should do so against Doncaster, who have leaked goals all season. It's vital for Bolton to keep their momentum going.

Bradford are capable of holding their nerve and taking three points from Mansfield at home. Bradford have a strong defence and should have that bit of extra firepower to win and cement their place in the play-offs.

Luton must take three points from tonight against Exeter to keep up their challenge for the play-offs. Luton has not been consistent this season, but if they can gain the necessary consistency, they can get to the play-offs. Luton have players who are capable of good things but are not doing that currently. Win expected here.

Salford can put pressure on teams playing for play-offs and automatic promotion by beating Barrow at Salford tonight. Salford are pretty good in defence and I think they will build their attacks through midfield to press the Barrow defenders. I expect Salford to have a huge percentage of possession tonight. A win for the home team is vital.

Stockport must bounce back to the winning ways after four defeats in their last five games. They are in seventh place on goal difference but need to get back into the top six for the play-offs. There is no room for error tonight. Northampton have lost five out of their last six games and appear very likely candidates for the drop to League Two. If Stockport can get back in form, they should take this game handsomely.

Promotion-chasing Scunthorpe are currently in the play-off zone of the National League. They should secure three more points by beating Truro away from home tonight. Scunthorpe has an attacking mood and, when in form, they are a match for any team in this division. They have had a lean spell but bounced back with two wins from their last three games. This match gives them a chance to add another victory tonight.

Wrexham have had a very busy ten days and they aren't machines. They have injuries too. With these thoughts in mind, Watford need to come out looking for an early goal to unsettle the visitors. The home side are on 52 points, so if they have any thoughts of the play-offs they must win tonight. We think they can.
