Appleby's horses don't do very well here, and O'Brien, of course, has a solid record. This horse will improve on its last run for this on a much easier course. It'll be able to relax and find an easier rhythm for this. It traveled extremely comfortably in its maiden run, and I expect the same again today. Just hoping that Group 2 run LTO (where it was odds-on) wasn't a weak field. If it faces that field in the future, it would rip them apart. This is a serious horse, and I'm surprised about the price for this race.

This horse could be an absolute beast. It beat Calandagan in Meydan (on a weak pace), but it is the same in this race, and I believe it could do the exact same thing (or better) in this race. There is no pacemaker in this race, which is significant as it means it could turn into a sprint. Delacoix could be the danger if it has matured again, but Ombudsman is likely to struggle. See the Fire could be interesting also for this. But based on cold hard form, this horse may prove to be unbeatable on a steady pace come Wednesday (putting this up Monday evening to catch the price).
