Won on debut at Musselburgh, and added to that at Wolverhampton latest on third run back in December for new yard debut. Steps up in trip, but goes off from a similar-length break to last run and is still progressive.

Placed 4th of seven at Nottingham latest when hanging around the front for most of the race before fading out. Wears cheekpieces for this effort, which may help concentration and improve performance. Had won both of the last two Class Four efforts.

Yet to win on turf after a number of victories on the all-weather, but has stepped up in form after changing yard recently. Came 4th on this ground back in September by just over a length in a field of eleven following a 77-day break. Came back here just under two weeks ago to take 3rd of nine runners, but was returning from a longer break. Could be bang on the money if fit for that last effort.
20:00 Qatar v Switzerland

Switzerland

97 WIN

Qatar will be focusing mainly on playing defensively and nicking this game by the odd goal. Switzerland are unbeaten in their last seven away matches and will be favourites to win this with a classier side.

Switzerland - Switzerland

Half Time / Full Time

50 WIN

Six of the eight goals that Switzerland have scored in 2026 have come before half-time. Qatar are expected to defend for a majority of the game.

Switzerland #1-0

50 WIN

Switzerland will be the much stronger side here, but new former Real Madrid boss Julen Lopetegui has been focusing defensively with his side. They kept a clean sheet against El Salvador, although they failed to score. They also lost only 1-0 to Ireland, who had much of the ball.
23:00 Brazil v Morocco

Brazil

50 WIN

Brazil have never lost an opening game in the World Cup in twenty matches, winning seventeen of those. The home side are also much closer to home here and will have more support.

Draw - Brazil

Half Time / Full Time

50 WIN

Morocco have kept a clean sheet in their last twenty-four matches before half-time. I expect Brazil to win the game in the second half.

Brazil #1-0

50 WIN

Morocco have kept a clean sheet in their last twenty-four matches before half-time and pride themselves on their solid defence. Brazil are favourites to win, but I believe this will be tight.
14th June 2026
02:00 Haiti v Scotland

Scotland

50 WIN

Scotland should be too strong for Haiti, who are over forty places below their opponents in the world rankings. This is only the second time Haiti have ever qualified for this tournament. The first time saw them lose all three matches.

Lawrence Shankland

Anytime Goalscorer

100 WIN

Shankland has scored three goals in his last two friendlies and will lead the line here against Haiti. The striker scored sixteen goals in twenty-nine matches for Hearts this season before sealing a move to Rangers. Scotland are expected to score a few goals here.

Scotland #3-1

50 WIN

Scotland are expected to run riot here, but Haiti did beat New Zealand 4-0 and pushed Iceland to a 1-1 draw. Sunderland striker Isidor adds a bit of class to Haiti's frontline.
05:00 Australia v Turkiye

Turkiye

50 WIN

Turkey have a 100% record so far against Australia in World Cups across four games, and I can't see this being any different. Turkey have kept clean sheets in four of their last five.

Turkiye #3-0

50 WIN

Turkey have kept clean sheets against four of their last five opponents and come here as favourites to win this game and the group. Australia failed to score in four of their last five losses.
22:45 Dow Championship

Khang/Thompson

25 EW

Both players partnered here last year and finished on twenty under to tie for 1st before unfortunately losing on a playoff hole. Thompson placed 8th the year prior with Brooke Henderson, with Khand placing 13th back in 2023 with American Lee Allison. Plenty of experience here to go again.
22:45 Principal Charity Classic

Kevin Sutherland

25 EW

Top twenty across the last three years in this tournament, finishing 9th, 12th, and recently 4th respectively, with improving scores each time. Recent form might explain the price, but worth a punt if he continues the upward trend here.

Miguel Angel Jimenez

25 EW

Finished 6th here back in 2023, then won this last year via a three-way playoff against Percy and Kjeldsen when he hit a birdie on the first hole. Finished 7th in the Insperity Invitational a month ago.

Rod Pampling

25 EW

Missed this tournament last year, but form prior has been superb. Took 3rd here back in 2024 on seventeen under across the three days, and 4th the year prior on fifteen under. Well worth an each-way punt here if he's picking up where he left off.

Stephen Ames

25 EW

Withdrew last year after three holes following a potential injury, but was absolutely solid here prior to that. Finished 2nd here in 2024 with a huge ??'19 and won this in 2023 with a score just two shots better. Took 2nd in the Mitsubishi Electric in April.
22:45 RBC Canadian Open

Ryan Fox

25 EW

Last year's winner of this tournament, via five playoff holes against Sam Burns after both players tied on eighteen under par. Has shown consistency here, following a 7th-place finish the year prior on ten under.

12:00 World Cup 2026 Group D

Turkiye

Group Betting

50 WIN

Turkey are a strong side that like to get forward and put pressure on their opponents. We saw them make a decent effort back in 2024 in the Euros, so I think they will put in a good effort in the group stages. I can't see Australia, Paraguay, or the USA putting up a big challenge here. The latter, with home advantage, will probably take second.
12:00 World Cup 2026 Group F

Sweden

Group Betting

50 WIN

With both Györkös and Isak up front, Sweden will have the firepower this year to make them better contenders. There is something not quite right about the Netherlands this year, and Tunisia are not great overall to put in a challenge. Japan I can see being the threat, but they haven't beaten Sweden for a while now after a number of matches.
19th July 2026
12:00 World Cup 2026

Portugal

50 WIN

Finished in the quarter-finals in both their last World Cup and Euros efforts, losing 1-0 to Morocco and beaten on penalties by France, respectively. With this being Ronaldo's potential last World Cup for his country, we might see just that little bit more from a side that deal with fine margins.

Cristiano Ronaldo

Top Goalscorer

50 WIN

With Messi and Argentina winning the last World Cup, I think we might see a more inspired Ronaldo looking to do the same with Portugal this year in potentially his last World Cup. With Congo and Uzbekistan both joining them and Colombia in the group, this will be a great opportunity for this talisman to rack up a few goals before potentially meeting a third-place side like Paraguay to apply his trade.
