Turkey are a strong side that like to get forward and put pressure on their opponents. We saw them make a decent effort back in 2024 in the Euros, so I think they will put in a good effort in the group stages. I can't see Australia, Paraguay, or the USA putting up a big challenge here. The latter, with home advantage, will probably take second.

With both Györkös and Isak up front, Sweden will have the firepower this year to make them better contenders. There is something not quite right about the Netherlands this year, and Tunisia are not great overall to put in a challenge. Japan I can see being the threat, but they haven't beaten Sweden for a while now after a number of matches.

Fifth latest in new headgear at Carlisle, but a much more promising run this time when just over two lengths off the leader. Retains headgear for this, drops a couple of pounds, and goes back to the seven-furlong distance, which is what the previous winning distance was.

Placed last at Newmarket most recently, but was returning from a long break of 229 days and ran way too free to produce anything decent. Seriously good price if settling this time.

Withdrew last year after three holes following a potential injury, but was absolutely solid here prior to that. Finished 2nd here in 2024 with a huge ??'19 and won this in 2023 with a score just two shots better. Took 2nd in the Mitsubishi Electric in April.
