Defiance1982's Tips

23rd June 2026
21:00 England v Ghana

Harry Kane

Anytime Goalscorer

75 WIN

With England expected to score more than once here and Harry Kane leading the line again, it's a near certainty to see him score again here like he did against Croatia.

England #2-0

50 WIN

Nine of England’s last 11 fixtures saw the half-time result replicated at full time. Ghana struggled and only scored in the very last kick against a poor Panama side.
24th June 2026
00:00 Panama v Croatia

Croatia

60 WIN

For Croatia, seven of their nine H2Hs against CONCACAF nations have resulted in a win. Panama, despite dominating much of the ball against Ghana, did not show much threat. Croatia twice scored against England in their last match.

Croatia #2-1

50 WIN

Six of Croatia’s last seven games saw both teams score, with Panama failing to keep a clean sheet in each of their last eight games. Being the stronger of the two sides, I think Croatia will just nick this.
03:00 Colombia v DR Congo

Colombia

75 WIN

Colombia have won each of their last three World Cup matches against African opposition, while DR Congo lost 2-1 to Chile earlier this month in their last meeting with a South American team. Colombia go into this as favourites.

Colombia #2-0

50 WIN

The half-time result was replicated at the end of regulation time in ten of DR Congo’s last 11 matches. With Colombia being favourites, I reckon they will win this by two goals.

Harswell Ruby

Daily Racing

100 EWNAP

Raced very well at Ascot eleven days ago to take 4th by just over a length in a field of sixteen runners. Has plenty in the tank to win the race, but did hit a tight spot towards the end when running out of room. Runs really well for this jockey.

20:05 Travelers Championship

Keegan Bradley

1st Round Leader

25 EW

Crazy price for a player who has come to win this tournament twice in the last three years, including last year by one clear shot. 39th in 2024, but eight under still wasn't a bad score.
26th June 2026
12:00 World Cup 2026 Group D

Turkiye

Group Betting

50 WIN

Turkey are a strong side that like to get forward and put pressure on their opponents. We saw them make a decent effort back in 2024 in the Euros, so I think they will put in a good effort in the group stages. I can't see Australia, Paraguay, or the USA putting up a big challenge here. The latter, with home advantage, will probably take second.
12:00 World Cup 2026 Group F

Sweden

Group Betting

50 WIN

With both Györkös and Isak up front, Sweden will have the firepower this year to make them better contenders. There is something not quite right about the Netherlands this year, and Tunisia are not great overall to put in a challenge. Japan I can see being the threat, but they haven't beaten Sweden for a while now after a number of matches.
28th June 2026
15:45 Czech Ladies Open

Hannah Screen

25 EW

8th in 2024 and 9th last year, but did show an improvement by four shots, which could be a sign of further progress here again. Took 9th in the Jabra at the end of May and 5th in the Dutch Ladies last week.

Pia Babnik

25 EW

8th in 2024 and, although 13th last year, she improved by three shots in a much more competitive affair. 5th in the Lalla Meryem Cup in May.
16:45 Italian Open

Dan Bradbury

25 EW

Consistently improving in this tournament, finishing 10th in 2024 and 3rd last year on ten under par, three shots better. Sixth in the Estrella back in May is ideal preparation.
22:45 Dicks Open

Miguel Angel Jimenez

25 EW

20th last year, but still finished on seven under across the three days. Top ten in both previous tournaments, taking 8th and 6th respectively on scores much closer to the leader.

Steve Allan

25 EW

Took part here in both previous years, taking sixth in 2025 and then went on to win it last year by a clear four shots to finish eighteen under.
22:45 Travelers Championship

Brian Harman

25 EW

Top ten for the last three times at this tournament, with his best back in 2023 when he was 2nd at twenty under par. He had a rare one over par last year, which impacted his chances of winning. He is usually very consistent and did hit a 62 (eight under par) the year prior. Great price here, especially each-way.

Justin Thomas

25 EW

Finished in the top ten the last three times in this tournament, taking 9th, 5th, and recently 9th. Joint second-best score last year of six under. Probably would have been a lot closer to winning if not for a quadruple bogey on the third day.

Keegan Bradley

25 EW

Won this tournament twice in the last three years, including the latest effort, which saw him win by one clear shot against Tommy Fleetwood at fifteen under. He was 39th the year prior but still went eight under, so he is a pretty solid player on this course.
19th July 2026
12:00 World Cup 2026

Portugal

50 WIN

Finished in the quarter-finals in both their last World Cup and Euros efforts, losing 1-0 to Morocco and beaten on penalties by France, respectively. With this being Ronaldo's potential last World Cup for his country, we might see just that little bit more from a side that deal with fine margins.

Cristiano Ronaldo

Top Goalscorer

50 WIN

With Messi and Argentina winning the last World Cup, I think we might see a more inspired Ronaldo looking to do the same with Portugal this year in potentially his last World Cup. With Congo and Uzbekistan both joining them and Colombia in the group, this will be a great opportunity for this talisman to rack up a few goals before potentially meeting a third-place side like Paraguay to apply his trade.
