This 2-year-old is a former course winner over 5 furlongs and won the Windsor Castle over that same trip at Royal Ascot. Raced over this trip once before when runner-up at Epsom on his second start and is worth another look at this trip.

There was a lot to like about Cercene's win in the Coronation Stakes over a mile at Royal Ascot last time out, having finished a very respectable third in the Irish 1,000 Guineas in the race prior to that. Races beyond a mile for the first time but having 2014 Derby winner, Australia, as her sire, there is every chance she will improve over further.

Raced over 6 furlongs at Catterick last time out when third yet again and could be suited by the drop in trip. Worth a look over the minimum trip here on his previous 2 races over 6 furlongs here.

Won well over 6 furlongs on racecourse debut at Windsor but raced as if something was amiss at Royal Ascot in the Coventry, also over 6 furlongs, and as evidenced by being restless in the stalls. Worth another chance on the strength of that first race and likely to welcome the step up in trip.
