Ran only 15 days ago when finishing a lowly 12th of 16 but was only beaten 5¾ lengths, being ridden but making no impression over 1m on yielding (yielding to soft in places). Seems to have run on soft/heavy in three runs in Ireland after coming over from France, where he won on good to soft. A step up in trip of a couple of furlongs today could suit on much better good ground. Interesting jockey change, with S. Heffernan taking the ride.
