Cuban Fiesta has only had the one win, and it was at Newcastle off a 58 in May. He has not been the same since, except for the run in October at Chelmsford when he showed improvement on the Polytrack while back on a 54. He could be worth another shot off the same mark today, now back on the Poly. EW 4 places.

Berkshire Whisper did win a novice here back in Feb and won on handicap debut in a C2 off an 89 at Newcastle. Although only second off a 98 on the return last month after five months off, as a 3yo, he will still be improving. I would expect more now second up, as he will be a lot better for that run.

Ancient Wisdom has done all his racing on turf so far, including a G3 win last year and a G1 the year before. He returned from the break in September after being gelded and was a close second in listed company. He followed up in October with a G3 second and could be right there if he takes to the AW debut.

Lion City is a long, long shot but did win a bumper in Sept last year and was at the back of the pack on the return last month in listed company. He was doing a decent job until running out of steam and could be worth a shot with a drop to 1m 4f today. EW 2P

Super Hit has not won since a C5 back in April off a 66, but did show signs of being back in the game last time out when here in a C6 and second off a 65. He goes again off the same mark, and there could be more to come with Rossa Ryan today.

Valadero has not won yet but had three runs to second in the summer. The first of those was on turf, just missing out by a neck off a 52 at 6f. The last of those was on the AW off a 53 at 7f. His last visit here was in Sept last year when he was third off a 59 at 7f. With that in mind, I think today's C6 here at 6f off a 52 is doable.

Sir Rodney Redblood has been a bit out of sorts since third in October but has dropped to a 55, 2 lbs below his last winning mark. I like getting Harry Davies in the saddle to help out.
