Very effective here and not beaten a million miles when 3rd of six over a shorter trip here last time out. C/D winner on firmish ground but equally effective on soft and does like a hill finish as other wins, both on soft, were at Pontefract and Beverley.

Think Darbucks can at least run into a place in this race. A winner over a shorter distance here and a decent head 2nd over this distance on soft ground. Would be more confident if the selection was 4/5lb lower, but still holds claims.

Suzette comes with soft ground C/D win experience and hasn't really had everything fall into place since that. That win came in a 2yo handicap and a busy campaign finished with a 3-length loss at York in class 2 company. Fourth run of the season today and should be spot on for fitness.

Grand old sort at ten years of age but running solid races in defeat. The ground could just give this one a real chance now softened up, and the last win came over C/D on soft.
