Canada, as a host nation, will want to get off to a good start in a group that could see many fixtures quite tightly matched in scoreline. I think Canada's firepower and youth will just edge them here over a newly rebuilt Bosnia team that perhaps are lacking experience with players like Džeko not around anymore.

They come into this tournament in fairly good form, putting up competitive performances against strong European opposition. Paraguay are defensively resolute, but some late injuries to key players perhaps weaken their goal output at the other end.

Hard to not see Switzerland win here, and I think they'll do so with a clean sheet. Unfortunately, Qatar do not have the quality to really hurt Switzerland, who are plenty experienced on the international stage.

Although Switzerland have shown that they are capable of conceding goals in the most recent friendlies, I struggle to see where the goal would come from for Qatar. I feel they lack the firepower to really hurt an experienced Switzerland side.
