Frames

When an Active Frame appears, it turns into a Wild at the end of the next spin. Additionally, any adjacent positions with Frames or Active Frames will also transform into Wilds. Free Spins Multiplier

The Free Spins Multiplier is displayed above the grid on the right, starting at 1x.  Once the Collect Meter, which is also above the grid on the left and is depicted by the Paw, reaches 200 points, the Free Spins Multiplier increases by one increment. 

Here are the increment levels available:

Collect Meter

In the base game, when a paw symbol lands on a spot without a Frame or Active Frame, it adds 1 point to the Collect Meter and disappears. If a Paw lands on a spot with a Frame or Active Frame, it also disappears but adds between 1 and 4 points.

Every time the Collect Meter reaches 200 points,and as already mentioned above the Free Spins Multiplier increases by one increment, up to a maximum of x1,000. After each upgrade, the Collect Meter resets to 0, but extra points carry over to the next cycle. The Collect Meter keeps its points after the free spins are triggered but resets to zero once the free spins end.

Free Spins

You trigger the Free Spins feature by landing 3 Rabid Randy symbols on reels 2, 3, and 4. Free Spins start with 3 spins. Before the first spin, any Frames or Active Frames that didn't turn into Wilds in the round that triggered Free Spins remain on the reels as ‘Trophy’ symbols, represented by the 5 animal symbols. Each Trophy awards a random prize between 0.5x and 50x your bet, collected at the end of the feature.

During Free Spins, only Trophy symbols can land, and empty reel positions spin individually. Each time a Trophy symbol lands, it remains on the reels and resets your Free Spins counter to 3. The feature continues until either the Free Spins counter reaches 0 or all positions are filled. At the end, your total Free Spins win is multiplied by the Free Spins Multiplier from the base game. On top of that, if all reel positions are filled, an additional x2 multiplier is applied, doubling the final Free Spins Multiplier.

One of the game's highlights is the Paw and Frame features. Visually, they looked great on screen and were easy to understand, and centred around transforming symbols. When a Paw lands, it leaves a trap-shaped Frame. Occasionally, it can turn into a Hot Paw, which then activates an Active Frame. The Active Frame (along with adjacent positions)  then turns into Wilds, which triggered several times during testing. This also has the potential to activate the Free Spins feature which is nifty.

Speaking of Free Spins, I found it exciting that each time a Trophy symbol landed, the spins reset back to 3. This happened a few times during my testing session, and it added a nice touch to the gameplay.
