NFL's Head of Europe and UK Brett Gosper hints at conversations taking place around franchise
Brett Gosper, head of Europe and UK for the NFL, discussed plans for a London franchise recently saying that noting is imminent but that it's the "next phase of the strategy".
Telling SportsPro Media, Gosper said, "the next phase of the strategy is to have a franchise here,” adding, “It’s a discussion point within the NFL on a pretty constant basis."
It's expected that any European franchise that happens will be in London with the potential of a franchise there being discussed for over a decade now.
