Scott McTominay now 11/8 to join Bayern Munich this summer with Thomas Tuchel interested in player
Manchester United midfielder Scott McTominay is 11/8 with bookmakers to join Bayern Munich in the remaining days of the transfer window with reports linking them with a move.
German reporter Tobi Altschäffl posted on X on Monday that Bayern's board are 'checking how Scott McTominay's transfer could be implemented' in the final days of the summer window.
Altschäffl added that Thomas Tuchel is a supporter of the transfer and it may well be that they decide to make a move for the midfielder as they look for another signing from the Premier League after Harry Kane's move.
Paddy Power now say that there's a 42% chance that McTominay moves to Bayern Munich before the window slams shut on Friday evening.

What the expert says...
West Ham are second favourites to sign midfielder and have been linked in past
West Ham remain around the top of the betting market to sign McTominay after they were linked with a move for the player back at the start of August for £30m.
The Athletic reported that Manchester United rejected West Ham's bid at the time so it may be that a bigger fee from Bayern will be needed to see the deal happen.
The latest odds say that there's still a 20% chance of McTominay joining David Moyes and West Ham before the window closes but it seems unlikely.
Current club Manchester United are 18/1 to win the Premier League this season
Scott McTominay could well end up staying at Manchester United beyond the summer transfer window and there are betting odds for his current side to win the Premier League this season.
United are 18/1 to win the league this campaign with their season starting with two wins and a loss from their first three games of the campaign with their loss coming at the hands of Spurs.
They face a tricky task up next though with United travelling to the Emirates to face Arsenal on Super Sunday this weekend in what will surely be a massive game.
