Recent reports from Fabrizio Romano suggest that United have priority from Højlund himself to make a move for him, with PSG also interested.
According to those reports Man Utd are set to submit their "first official bid" for Højlund next week with the transfer looking likely to happen if the right amount is bid.
Bookmakers are offering odds on the move happening with Man United now as short as 1/9 to sign the player this summer ahead of PSG in the market.
Those odds from Paddy Power suggest there's a 90% probability of it happening in the summer window with the odds shortening from 2/9 in the past fortnight.

French publication L'Equipe say that PSG have bid €50m for Højlund despite Man United already reportedly offering €10m more and Atalanta will be hoping to get the most money for their striker.
Those reports suggest that PSG will not go any higher for the player and they are awaiting contact from Atalanta where Højlund is under contract until 2027.
Højlund scored 9 goals in 32 Serie A appearances last season and whoever signs the player will be hoping for a better return in their new club.
