This season sees the teams race from Japan to Indonesia to win the ÂŁ20,000 prize

Series 4 of Race Across The World sees the five teams travel from Sapporo on the island of Hokkaido in Japan and the final checkpoint being in Indonesia on the island of Lombok.

Eight episodes of the series will air in total with seven checkpoints allowing the five teams to have periods of rest where they then find out the next checkpoint destination.

Each team has a budget of ÂŁ1,390 per person which is the same value of a flight between the start and finish destinations and they also cannot use telephones or internet to help them.
