Defensive end Travon Walker is the bookies favourite to be the first overall pick
The 2022 NFL Draft, the 87th edition of the annual draft for the National Football League, is set to take place this weekend at Caesars Forum in Las Vegas.
The Draft throws up some big names over the years, with Tom Brady only a 199th pick in the 2000 Draft, showing that there are talented players all over the Draft.
Bookies have put up odds for this year's Draft, with one of the most popular markets being who gets picked first in the overall draft.
First Overall Pick in 2022 Draft | Odds | American Moneyline |
---|---|---|
Travon Walker | 3/10 | -333 |
Aidan Hutchinson | 7/2 | +350 |
Ikem Ekwonu | 5/1 | +500 |
Evan Neal | 25/1 | +2500 |
Kayvon Thibodeaux | 40/1 | +4000 |
Travon Walker is the favourite with bookmakers at 3/10 to be the first pick in what is an uncertain draft according to experts.
Aidan Hutchinson was favourite for a while, but as of Monday he's drifted right out to 7/2 to be the first pick in this year's Draft.
Away from the odds though, there's still a sense in the air going into this weekend's draft that Hutchinson is the main man for the Draft this year and that is worth keeping an eye on.
Malik Willis is 8/15 to be the first drafted Quarterback
The Quarterback role is always one of the most sought after and popular roles in the NFL.
The orchestrator of the attack, the main man in the middle, the Quarterback is the one in the team which makes the rest tick.
Malik Willis, 22, is currently Quarterback for the Liberty Flames and a popular choice to be the first Quarterback picked at this year's Draft.
Willis is born and raised in Atlanta and is 5/1 to be picked by the Atlanta Falcons in the Draft this year, but favourites to Draft him are the Pittsburgh Steelers at a little over evens.
Buffalo Bills are the favourites to win the 2023 Super Bowl
The Super Bowl winners are usually one of the toughest markets to call in sport, with various different teams having massive years every season.
The Buffalo Bills last year were no different, winning the AFC East Championship before losing in heartbreaking overtime fashion to the KC Chiefs in the divisional playoffs.
The performances that the Bills put in last year, with the team really looking to push on, has seen them installed as favourites for this season's Super Bowl.
Super Bowl 57 Winner | Odds | American Moneyline |
---|---|---|
Buffalo Bills | 9/2 | +550 |
Tampa Bay Buccaneers | 7/1 | +700 |
Kansas City Chiefs | 9/1 | +900 |

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are second favourites with Tom Brady confirming that he'll stay on for another year after reversing his retirement decision.
