You may find this interesting Dammo - http://www.timesonline.co.uk/article/0, ... 61,00.html

Some good stuff in there. Come on Malcolm, you can do it if your Patricia Hewitt  .

I don't really know Dammo is the answer to your questions, it will be a very interesting battle come the Autumn.

Malky Malky give us a wave!!

As I said before Dammo, it was always going to be a 'bumpy' ride. I honestly believe the Tories would be MAD to select Davis, people with his political characteristics are usually suited to being a Home Secretary but sadly not a Prime Minister.

Alas it will be an interesting summer/autumn watching the **** hit the proverbial fan if the wrong man is selected.

Come on Malky!!

Ken Clarke`s odds have been cut again into 5-1,Davis reckons it will be a 2 dog fight with Clarke.Thats when the blockers hold the sway. The party`s so right wing there`s no way they`d have a pro european like Clarke in charge

Just right for a compromise candidate in my opinion.

Give me an R - R
Give me an I - I
Give me an F - F
Give me an K -K
Give me an I - I
Give me an N - N
Give me an D - D

What have we got - RIFKIND

Come on Malky! Malky is our leader!

Cameron

Is it all over Dammo?

Remember this discussion? Please ignore the first post on the thread, it was clearly written by an idiot - http://www.olbg.com/forum/topic20_1455.html

Poor old Malcolm, what on earth is he going to do with himself now?

Following his withdrawl from the leadership contest he has decided to support Ken Clarke in the 'battle', I think we will have a very interesting contest to watch over the coming weeks.

Who's your favourite now then?

According to Betfair Cameron is the favourite, thanks to Davis`s shocking conference speech.I think the Davis team will try all kinds of dirty tricks to do in the Cameron challenge. You know what the tories are like, vindictive & rather ruthless when it comes to power.

im still undecided about cameron. that stunt where he went to the black radio station and tried to be all cool left a very bad taste in my mouth. he squirmed quite a lot when the black guy got all huggy with him.

quite a price shift during the tory leadership debate on question time. cameron went from 1.1 to 1.18 and davis dropped from 10.5 to 7. Not entirely sure why either as I thought cameron handled himself superbly (and i know most of u r now saying all tories are wan*ers!)
