7:30 Wolverhampton Tips

Looks a seriously competitive, tight race which could hopefully see this one go well at decent odds. Finished a creditable 2L fourth of 11 to Tribal Wisdom over today's C&D in the AWin Class 4 Handicap back in December last year. Looks of interest after a short break with Cieren Fallon on board for the first time.

This horse has shown plenty enough to suggest that winning in this grade of handicap is a distinct possibility. In one previous novice race, he was not beaten too far by a horse that went on to be far from disgraced in listed company, and that wasn't too long after their encounter. Should be capable of winning this.

Cristo has won 1 of 5 races in this class. Ran to form in defeat last time out. Was on a good run of form before that and may be able to return to that if new mark is not too much for him.

Not suited by the drop in trip when 5th of 8 over 7 furlongs at Southwell last week and will welcome the step up in trip having finished a head runner-up over course and distance in the race prior to that.

Two wins on the bounce in this grade on the all-weather, before a very close 3rd in a Grade 4 and a Grade 2 effort more recently when unable to hold on. Drops back to Grade 5 here on a very manageable mark and has a great low draw.
