The heavy going is a concern for most of these runners, but this one has been consistent the last three times seen out. A C/D winner, which is always a plus factor and can add to its win tally.

Has won on soft before, so the ground shouldn't be an issue. A C&D winner who finished a good 2nd last time out at Wincanton. Sure to be in the mix.

Another that I don't think can be written off here, despite the Nicholls horse's poor form to date. Has to be able to go close at a course that the trainer does well at.

Imaginarium is a 7yo gelding trained by Olly Murphy and ridden by Sean Bowen. He would have needed the run on seasonal reappearance, beaten 22.75l. Racing prominently and staying on quickly towards the last, he should have blown the cobwebs off. That was a decent race, with the third, Hot Fuss, winning a Class 2 handicap next up. Imaginarium had previously won at Perth on his penultimate start, beating Maple, Here Comes Georgie and Highland Legacy, who all won a race on their very next start, with the latter picking up two and now rated some 18 lb higher. Imaginarium is down in grade today and should strip a lot fitter. He is just 5 lb above his last win at Perth and should be in the mix.

Has won a couple of hurdle races, and after finishing fifth last month at Wincanton, I am tipping a better jumping performance. Around Taunton could see Teorie go a lot better. My tip is that with the change of jockey and dropping down in trip, there is each-way value in Teorie.

Doyen Star reverts back to hurdles after three no-shows over the big stuff. Ben Jones looks an interesting booking but the yard is still low key..extra place available
