Robbies Rock has won on the flat and over hurdles, with his last start in that sphere an excellent second in the Fred Winter at Cheltenham. He was 4th of 15 at Tipperary when returned to the flat at Tipperary last month. He looks a good each way bet with 4 places on offer off a 1lb lower mark.

Zanahiyr looks exceptionally well handicapped on the Flat off a mark of 77 (jockey Declan McDonogh carries 9 stone 1 pound). Rated at a peak of 159 in the past over hurdles, trailed Honeysuckle, Constitution Hill and State Man in Grade 1 hurdle competition. Has a blend of speed and stamina (by Nathaniel out of a Marju dam which makes some sense). This 2 miles 1 furlong trip looks ideal. Best backed horse in the race, looks a value play at win odds of 11-2.

Galway winner at today's trip back in July last year and most recently winner of a Cross Country race twelve days ago, confirming his current well-being. Could take all the beating now returned to the level.

Dual purpose horse ran well in the Martin Pipe over hurdles, meeting trouble in running and again found trouble on the flat last time. That was over 14f, and he is certain to appreciate this longer trip. I expect money to be piling on this one, especially with him acting on any ground.

With Seamus Heffernan taking the ride for the Queally yard, it might be worth an interest. Made a nice return to racing last time out and looks likely to build on that run.

Is actually on a hat-trick, although very spread out. Should be fit after a recent run over jumps, and although it looks like I have missed the bigger price, 14-1 still looks ok.

Ran to form, beaten 7L in a handicap over 12f at Tipperary last time. Not yet proven at this trip, but providing stamina holds up, was a good fourth, only three and a half lengths over 1m6f at Navan. NB

Jabbar is a 6-year-old gelding trained by Gerard O'Leary. He is a very talented dual-purpose horse, winning 7 out of 22 races. His only win over hurdles was when he beat a 1/9 favorite, The Enabler, and is now rated 133, an incredibly high rating for one start. He's won six times on the flat and has risen some 35 lbs from an opening 65 to 90. He is 2 for 2 wins at Killarney and handles today's ground well. He won this time last year on the 13th of May. Today, he has the capable assistance of jockey Keithen Kennedy, who has been riding with confidence of late, picking up three winners. His 5 lb apprentice claim could prove invaluable.

A 3-time winner on the flat and 3 times over jumps, who was not beaten far when finishing 8th in last season's Cesarewitch on penultimate start. Has run well first time out in the past, including a win back in April 2022, who could go well here at a big price.

Won a non-official race last but still a serious horse on flat despite spending the last chunk of race time doing hurdles. Dual-purpose winner and on a competitive mark.

This gelding has a long absence to overcome, but with the yard being in form, I'm hoping that he can go well over hurdles, having been quite useful on the flat.

Interesting debut for this stable today. Has what appears to be good handicap form in Germany, including a win in a race that produces a number of subsequent winners, so clearly has ability. Has been racing over shorter distances, so it's interesting that connections step up to 2 miles for this race. Lightly raced 5yo horse, so open to plenty of improvement and is in the right hands with this trainer. Trainer and jockey enjoy good results partnering up, and this is the jockey's only booked ride here today. This horse could be thrown in at the weights if notable improvement has taken place since last seen on a racecourse.
