With four places up for grabs, I can see some decent value with Soaring Sun. He has placed in the last two races over course and distance and is still progressing. He should have a big chance.

I believe this will be a very big danger to Ozark Daze winning a week ago over a trip of 1m 4f. I fancy getting a good run today and class again, at least among the placings.

Hard to say he's particularly well handicapped as he makes his stable debut, but pedigree suggests he could be suited by today's step up in trip. If the extra emphasis on stamina brings about improvement, he'd be a threat to all.

This three-year-old comes into this in good form, even though not getting the run of things. Left to go when upped to this trip, worth a second look.

Queen Aethelflaed makes an all-weather debut, having won and finished third in her last two starts. Useful apprentice Orla won on a 50/1 stablemate on December 12.

This was nearly today's NAP selection. Lightly raced 3yo who runs for a top trainer and jockey. Very lightly raced , open to improvement. That was a good run over this distance last time, did well in the circumstances considering that she sat too far back early on in the race. She's still learning with each run so may well do better today. Unexposed at this distance, probably has more to offer over this distance.

Cherry Pink is not the most consistent, but she has won 5 of her 41 starts and looks interesting at these odds if on a going day. Her last 4 starts have been: won, unplaced, won, unplaced. Off the same mark as when disappointing here at Dundalk last month, she is drawn better this time and looks like a good each-way bet with 4 places on offer.

Though not in the best of form, but among this competition does have a good chance of at least making a top-4 spot.

This six-year-old mare, trained by Andrew Slattery, arrives here in better form than a quick glance might suggest. In her most recent outing, just a week ago, she finished a credible 4th over 1m 4f at this track. That effort over a staying trip proves she has stamina in abundance. Tomorrow she drops back slightly in distance to 1m 2f 150y, a trip that should allow her to finish stronger than her rivals given her proven ability to stay further. She races off an Official Rating (OR) of 65, but the booking of apprentice Adam Browne-Souza, whose 7 lb claim reduces her burden significantly. Track & Trip She is a Dundalk regular who acts well on the Polytrack. The step back in trip from 1m 4f to this extended 1m 2f should be a clever move. Having shown she can mix it over 12 furlongs, she will likely find the tempo of this race easier to handle and will be finishing fastest of all up the straight. Her recent 4th place confirms she is fit and competitive right now to go in at a big price.
