Gosford Racetrack Guide
The Gosford Racecourse is located on the Central Coast about 75 km north of Sydney and about 90km south of Newcastle.
The clockwork track is a total of 1,710m in circumference which is roughly one mile and half a furlong and consists of a 250m (one and a half furlongs) home straight.
The highlight of the season is the Gosford Gold Cup which is run over a distance of 2,100m (one mile, two and a half furlongs), the race that features during the Gosford Spring Racing Carnival in October.
During the Spring Racing Carnival, the racecourse also features the Raine & Horne Gosford Bell of the Turf Stakes, the second most valuable race held here at Gosford.
Using the Gosford Racing Tips
If there are currently no tips on this page, that means that there is currently no upcoming racing fixture at Gosford, if that is the case, then why not head over to the Horse Racing Tips to see what is being tipped elsewhere?
When we do have Gosford racing tips then the 'Most Tipped' runner is listed with each race, you can see exactly how many tips that runner has received compared to the total number of tips on the race itself.
This gives you the percentage of tips that have been placed on the runner which is also used with the odds to give you a 'Value Rating'.
If you wish to use the most tipped runners to bet on, you can use the 'Add to Betslip' option. This will add the runner to the OLBG Betslip, you can add as many runners as you like.
Once happy with your betslip, you can then view which bookmaker is offering the best odds. Selecting this bookmaker will transfer the betslip over to their site where you can place your bet.
Alternatively, you can click on the 'All Tips' option, this takes you to the race page where you can view all runners for each race.
Here you can see which runners have received tips and read any comments left by our racing tipsters. You can also add runners to your betslip on the race page.
