Hideki brings course-knowledge DNA and major-pressure experience. When conditions firm up or the course needs precise ball-striking, Hideki’s patience and short-game rescue shots usually kick in. Expect a steely, composed week from him ??' not flashy, but quietly efficient enough to land inside the top six.

Alex Noren isn’t the loudest name, but his statistical profile (approach play, par-saves) matches the kind of week that rewards steady scoring. If winds or tricky pins make putting secondary to hitting approaches, Noren’s course management and scrambling punch above his price and should thread into a top-6 finish.

Kurt is boom-or-bust but tilts toward “boom” on courses where long, airborne approaches and creativity around the greens matter. He’s flashed strong form and can birdie strings unexpectedly; include him as a high-upside top-6 contender ??' especially if tee-to-green metrics (distance + accuracy combo) show up.

Rasmus blends youthful aggression with improving short-game touch. Si Woo Kim finished tied for sixth place in this tournament last year at -13. However, he was -12 for his last two rounds with two -6 rounds on Saturday and Sunday. He should go well again. 22-1 are decent odds.

Did not take part last year, but was 10th back in 2023 and 4th the year prior on thirteen under par. Missed the cut last week in the Sanderson Farms Championship, but came 4th in the Procore Championship in September.

Max Greyserman has yet to win a PGA Tournament at home or abroad but he came close in this Tournament last year finishing tied for 2nd place just one shot off the winner and has a good chance of going close again.

Been superb here the past couple of seasons with a 2nd place finish back in 2023 on eight under when unable to close ground on a superb Collin Morikawa. 6th last year on a more improved score of thirteen under, where a par round on the 3rd day probably cost him a chance at the title again. 9th last week in the Sanderson Farms Championship could just be ideal prep.

Nico Echavarria won this tournament last year. Although he has missed several cuts this year, he has also had a 2nd place and a T6 place. So he could come back to form at a course in Japan that obviously suits him and get a place in the top six.

A respectable 46th last year, after finishing 6th and 12th in previous years with some consistent scores. 13th in the Procore back in September. May have something to give here if consistent across all four rounds.
