Even though he is their second driver, he has shown great driving and mechanical awareness, including an incredible finish in the Canadian Grand Prix where he got a P5 finish. In a race with high attrition, such as a track like Monaco where the top drivers normally clip the walls, a clean drive from Hadjar can get him a podium finish.
