I am picking Verse of Love in this race as it won a Class 2 maiden on debut by 5 lengths. It followed that up by finishing 7th of 10 runners in a Class 1 Group 3, losing by 7 lengths. This is a big drop in class as this is a Class 5 novice stakes, so this should be a lot easier than last time. Given its performance on debut, I'm hopeful of a good run out and for it to be competitive in this race.
