Her former William Haggas-trained filly Goldie Trickett had an excuse for her failure after being backed down to 6/4 favorite in a mile and a quarter handicap at Nottingham a month ago. After the race, the vet reported that she had lost both hind shoes during the race. Today, dropping back to a mile, off a 1 lb lower mark and with David Egan booked, the four-year-old can get compensation for her supporters here.
