Had Penelope's Sister floundering behind him LTO when stretching away with Ayr Poet (now NR for this race). Loves it at Ayr, has a gas tank that will take him on past the 1m and will be fine in the softer ground. Both favourites seem to struggle on finishing up the hill at Ayr after a mile where Pol Roger seems to hold his own comfortably.
