Didn't pick up a leg on her 2025 debut, but has been absent since that April run. So perhaps there is an excuse for that well below par effort. She was generally progressive last year, including when winning over this course and distance for a yard, which does very well at this track and is in sparkling form with three winners from their last five runners.

Disappointing when sent off as the favourite for this race last year, but she had only run at this meeting two days earlier, so perhaps it came too quickly for her. Has looked as good as ever this season on the flat for a new yard and is very well treated on that level of form if she can ever bring it to her hurdling efforts.

It has been a while since he last ran over hurdles, but all three of his career wins have come over the smaller obstacles, including a perfect 2/2 at this track. Could do with the forecast showers being on the heavy side, but is on a workable mark on the pick of his form.

Would have won but for falling late two starts back and ran on into a place last time out at Tipperary. Very tough type to predict, but bounced back to form out of nowhere at Southwell in December, so could be the type. He is 2 lb below that winning mark, and all of his turf form has come on soft ground. His dam was a turf winner on G/F, so this might suit better. Has first-time cheekpieces on here, and his yard has hit the frame with 12/24 older horses at this track in the last five seasons. He is their only runner on the card.
