Went close in the Cheltenham hunter chase event last year over 3m 2f, so stamina can be trusted better than most in this field.

Has been supported overnight, and it is easy to see why. Firstly, Nicky Henderson horses have had an excellent start to the year. They ended last year's jumps season with a fine win at Punchestown and have probably needed the last couple of efforts to get race fit, with a couple of lesser runner-up efforts. A 5 lb weight allowance may tilt this race in their favour.

Hasn't done a lot wrong so far in his career, starting with three wins and a third place. He finished a beaten five lengths fifth in a strong race on handicap debut but did finish ahead of subsequent winners Brentford Hope and, most notably, Iberico Lord, who won the Lanzarote Handicap at Kempton. This isn't as hot a race and he has a very workable handicap mark.
