Ramon Di Loria has a decent record at Ayr over 6f on good or better going, with 1 win and 2 seconds from 3 runs. His recent run at Musselburgh should put him spot on for this.

A tricky 5f handicap for the last at Doncaster. The well-handicapped Ancient Times looks worthy of a second look. Has run really well on seasonal reappearance for the last 3 years. The going should be ideal, and the 3lbs Kaiya Fraser takes off gives plenty of hope for a return to winning form.

This looks like a fairly decent race with some improving types running. That said, I think Haatem could come out on top. He ran only 4 times last year, winning 2 races and running well in the other 2 (UK and Irish 2000 Guineas). With another year on his back, this tough colt should run well before heading off to the Lockinge at Newbury in May.

This race looks like a great opportunity for Jesse Luc to get back to winning ways. He has won twice over C/D, with Rossa Ryan having 2 wins and a second from three rides on him. In the last two races, he's run against improving types (Oriental Prince and Westmorian). There's nothing like them in here. The price reflects his chance here.
