Speed figures are the best in the field. I don't like its pace maps, if I'm honest. It seems to sit mid to back; however, this won't be a bad thing at this track. I fancy this. The form reads very well off its past races too, form franked.

The pace maps have this one handy, meaning it should be near the pace, sat just off it possibly. 3 lbs lower than when a neck 2nd here and 5 lbs claimer on today, meaning effectively it's 8 lbs lower. Form at Newcastle is 3-1-1-2-2. Massive chance today.

Seems to always get away handy, this one, and that'll be crucial. Sometimes these types of races can be won in the first furlong. Has lovely speed figures and sectionals showing he doesn't slow down too much even when leading. It'll take a good performance to beat this today.

Previous winner of the Lincoln at Doncaster in 2024, didn't repeat that form this year. But the current favourite of this race won the Lincoln this year, showing that form is clearly respected. This is back to the mark that it won that and should be competitive. I'm not 100% confident it will win if I'm honest, but it's a big price and I wouldn't be surprised if it won it. EW. Value for sure.

I'm going for this selection based on a few different things. Firstly, it has nice speed figures and seems to get away handy, leaving a choice for the jockey to either sit the pace or sit just off it. I think this will likely sit near the front, and if not challenged, could kick again. His sectionals show his pace doesn't collapse massively. Another reason is the form of its previous few races. Multiple horses in both races have gone on to run well, and some even winning, franking the form.
