All 4 chase wins have come when going left handed. Has won beyond 3 miles at Kelso previously though this is a step up in grade. Race conditions are largely in his favour. Yard need to find a bit of form but they go well enough here. Looks undervalued by the market.

Won a tight race at the Cork National last time out. Race conditions should suit and the yard tends to do well in these kinds of races.

Finished second in the Munster National last time out, finishing ahead of subsequent Grade 3 winner Stuzzikini. A consistent performer at this level who has, over 3 miles, shaped like he would get the extra couple of furlongs. Yard have won this race previously and are here in pretty good form.

1st and 2nd from last year re-oppose and maybe the wind op and blinkers will make the difference for Bravemansgame this time around. At the prices, the horse with the most appeal is Capodanno. Not always the greatest jumper though race conditions today will be about stamina more than jumping ability. Won at the Cheltenham January meeting earlier this year. I don't think appreciated the subsequent drop back in trip for the festival. Made errors at the Grand National but still got round and has 3 hurdle wins on heavy ground, so rain less of a negative.

In the last year, Brian Hughes has ridden about half the stable's winners from about a third of its total runners. Race conditions to suit, well-bred, and the yard is very much in form right now. Should at least be competitive.

Earlier this summer, Willem Twee finished 3rd over course and distance in a better race than this. Didn't get a clear run on that attempt so dropping back a little in grade should be a bonus here. Yard in sparkling form right now and goes well at this course.

Interesting race with the first two from last year reopposing each other again. However, this looks like a good opportunity for Natural Look with race conditions to suit and proven ability at this level. Pulled up over fences last time out but had put together an impressive run of form over middle-distance hurdles prior to that. Yard goes well here and potentially very well handicapped.

The yard has a great record in this race, and Outlaw Peter is a consistent operator at this level under these race conditions. First-time wind-op is generally a plus for Nicholls' runners. Useful claimer on board too.
