Very comfortable winner of the Irish St Leger Trial race which is a key form race for this one. Has won on soft ground and good ground so if the rain really does come, he shouldn't be fazed by it. Yard in decent form and does well at the track. Looks underappreciated in the market.

The Nunthorpe is generally a good form guide here. Night Raider ran in 4th at the York race on good to firm ground. A Dark Angel colt, he should appreciate the juice in the ground today. The yard is in great form, go pretty well at the track and notable jockey booking.

First time blinkers are interesting here as the yard have a good strike rate when these are applied for the first time. Is capable over this distance and in this grade and has now dropped to a very tempting mark. Yard go well in good quality handicaps at Haydock and they're in good form right now too.

Has been running consistently well in good quality handicaps between a mile and 10 furlongs. His last 4 races have produced results of 1, 2, 3, and 2. The Galway race last time out is a key form guide for this one and in which he was just held. Has raced at the Curragh 3 times in the last year and placed 2nd each time. Good claiming jockey in the saddle.

The Ed Walker and Tom Marquand combination at Newbury is particularly profitable so it is notable that Tom takes over in the saddle on Moutai for the first time. Up in grade and back to 7 furlongs for the first time as a 3-year old. Has run well in defeat 3 times this season - placing twice over a mile and once over 10 furlongs. All good efforts but not quite the stamina for the extended trips. Should very much appreciate the drop back in distance here.

Won a decent Novice Stakes race over course and distance in October last year. Got squeezed in Listed company at Newmarket and then made a seasonal debut on turf over 5 furlongs at Haydock. Well-bred, decent draw, yard in great form and she likes to get up with the early pace which often pays dividends around Kempton.

Won a Novice Stakes over course and distance in the Spring. The horse she beat that day got an opening handicap rating of 85. Al Joory was then tried in a Class 2, 7 furlong race at Doncaster and it was just too hot for her. Next, back down to Class 4, 7 furlong at Lingfield from a rating of 79, got squeezed in running and beaten nearly 4 lengths. A rating of 78 returning to Kempton looks competitive for a well bred runner racing for a yard in form.

Not sure the form was up to much but he won comfortably enough in a grade lower, 7 furlongs at Epsom on the 2nd July. Went a grade higher for his most recent run at Goodwood.
