A Balding horse has hit form recently, with 3 winners from his last 5 runners. Storm Star had a great record last year, finishing in the first three in all but one race. His mark went from 83 to 100. His three runs this year have been disappointing, but the trainer puts up a 7 lb claimer for the first time, bringing him back to a winning mark. If the horse is on better terms with himself, he can go well EW.

The trainer is in extremely good form with 2 winners in the last couple of days, he runs 3 today and i wil take this one, he has been off since jan 1st when he rather disspointed, but that was 4 furlong firther than uhis usal distance f 2 miles, today he is back to 2 miles 1 fulong and can go well in this small feild.

Paul Nicholls' runner looks as if it will run well. It has had two runs since a good start in Ireland, winning the first in a class 3 at Sandown, winning it very easily. Then it went to Cheltenham and finished midfield in a very competitive race. This might be a tad easier, and at 4 it can improve.

This one has only had a couple of runs. He fell at the last in a PTP; if he had stayed on his feet he would have won. This one looks interesting. He has a good record since going over the sticks. He has won a couple at Class 4 and plenty of places in higher grades, his mark has gone from 102 to 121 and is now back to 113. With a 7 lb claimer up today and back to a Class 4, he is a decent each-way bet, IMO.

This is quite an interesting runner. Was a winner on first run of a PTP, then of a Class 5 bumper. Upped to a Class 3 and down the field at Aintree . At that time the horse was trained by the rider. It was then moved to the Twiston-Davies yard and it won on its first run last time. Upped in trip today and should be a bit fitter. It can go well.
