I think Ask Peter will benefit from the heavy going. His most impressive win on the flat was on heavy going when he won in a canter by 22 lengths. He gets that ground today for the first time since going over hurdles. It's now or never!

This one won its PTP and then ran second in a Class 5 flat race. These runs were followed by two Class 3 and one Class 2 hurdle races where the horse was easily beaten . Today, handicapping in a Class 4, it seems easier than prior engagements. The trainer is in good form. EW chances.

This one seems better over jumps than on the flat. Its qualifying runs were OK without causing too much interest, but they did include a 3rd. Three runs since then have resulted in a first and a second in the last two runs. He can go well again each-way.

The trainer is in decent form with horses going well. He runs two here today and I will go with Suspected. Lightly raced so far, he ran an encouraging race last time out, staying on at the end of a 2-mile Class 4 race. He was a bit outpaced, and this longer trip and drop to Class 5 should help.
