I think we will see a very competitive season in 2025 with no driver dominating, but Max is the favorite for me for the following reasons. McLaren will have the best car, but they allow their drivers to race each other and won't use team orders early in the season. This means where they are strong, both Norris and Piastri will take points from each other. McLaren also lost points last season with some mistakes in their strategy. Red Bull rarely makes those mistakes. Ferrari will be strong at certain tracks, but again I expect Hamilton and Leclerc to share the points out. I don't think Mercedes will be able to challenge at a lot of tracks, so their car won't be good enough for Russell to mount a serious challenge for the title this season. Max has a new teammate. The Red Bull won't be as good as it has been but still good enough for some wins, especially at certain tracks that favor their car. Lawson won't be in a position to take points from Max, so Verstappen is my pick for the title this time.
