Just an ordinary bloke who likes a flutter for fun. I note what the papers say to see if I'm missing anything, but usually go with my own instinct. Things I like to note are Trainer/jockey trends and take particular note when there's a good apprentice on the scene. Always on the lookout for something quirky. e.g. in maiden races when a trainer's entry has only done a few runs say over sprint distances then suddenly wacks the nag in a 10f hcp. Also, I find the Daily Mail ratings a great help and often the deciding factor if I can't make my own mind up. That's how I made my first million!!!!!!
