Monopoly Rush Hour Expert Review
Theme, Audio + Symbols

With a board game theme, the Monopoly Rush Hour slot is the 3rd Monopoly game from Big Time Gaming, following Monopoly Megaways (December 2019) and Monopoly Deluxe (January 2026). In this edition, Mr. Monopoly is revving up the roads as you step onto the iconic board and into the fast lane.
When you fire up the game, you’ll see the 4x4 grid in the middle of the screen, with the Monopoly board surrounding it. With a classic gold backdrop, you’ll notice the upbeat, jazz soundtrack which adds a touch of sophistication to proceedings.
On the reels, there are low-value A, K, Q, J, 10 and 9 royals. The higher-value symbols include gold dog, car, battleship and top hat Monopoly token: the top hat token is the best paying symbol, awarding 25 x your total bet for 4 in combination. Monopoly Rush Hour also comes with a Wild symbol that substitutes for all symbols as well as
Monopoly Rush Hour Mobile

Created with HTML5 technology, Monopoly Rush Hour can be played on laptop, PC, mobile and tablet devices. If you opt for an iOS or Android smartphone, you’ll play using Portrait Mode (it makes better use of the vertical setup). To see the game in its fully glory, a desktop device would be my preferences.
Bonus Features
Monopoly Rush Hour is all about dice rolls which move the tokens around the Monopoly board. With each token benefit from multipliers, you move around the board to boost token multipliers and collect prizes from Houses and Hotels. BTG has added plenty of modifiers to ramp up the action. In the Free Spins feature, token positions and multipliers persist as well as Train Station, Water Works and Electric Company extras to boost your winning potential further.
Monopoly Board

On top hat, battleship, car and dog token symbols, dice can appear: dice determine how far each token moves around the Monopoly board.
With each spin beginning with all tokens starting from the 4 corners of the board, Houses and Hotels are randomly distributed (across the board). Each token can randomly boost its starting multiplier up to 500x.
Tokens become active when dice symbols appear on the top hat, battleship, car and dog token symbols: the dice rolls and determines how far each token moves. For every 3 spaces the token moves, the token’s multiplier increases by 1.
If a token lands on a space containing a House or Hotel, you’ll pocket a bet multiplier prize (up to 2.5 x bet for 4 Houses and up to 5 x bet for a Hotel), which is subject to the token’s multiplier.
When a token lands on Chance or Community Chest (in the base game), the Card Bonus feature is triggered with 1 of the following 5 outcomes:
- Token moves to a random position
- Token moves 3 spaces forwards
- Token moves 3 spaces backwards
- Awards a bet multiplier prize of up to 5 x bet (subject to the token’s multiplier)
- Triggers the Free Spins feature
Free Spins

The Free Spins feature can be triggered by a Chance or Community Chest. Beginning with 12 free spins, you’ll get 6 extra free spins for each extra trigger. During the feature, token positions and multipliers persist.
If you land on Water Works or Electric Company, you’ll win the value of the token multiplier times your total bet. Landing on Train Stations leads to retriggers, awarding 1, 3, 7 or 15 extra free spins when 1, 2, 3 or 4 token lands on Train Stations.
When a token lands on Chance or Community chest, a card will award 1 of the following boosts:
- You’ll advance 2 to 12 spaces
- The multiplier meter increases by 2 to 12 steps
- 2 to 12 Houses are added to the Monopoly board
When a property upgrades to a Hotel, each token’s multiplier gets a boost ranging from +50 to +250.
Non-UK players can buy their way straight into the Free Spins feature (with 12 free spins) for a 110 x bet cost. The RTP rate rises to 96.58%.
Power Play
Big Time Gaming has introduced a Power Play feature. It guarantees a dice roll for 8 x your total bet: it boosts your chances of landing bigger multipliers and triggering the Free Spins feature. The RTP rate increases to 96.55%.
Expert Verdict

Monopoly Rush Hour may be the 3rd Monopoly slot by BTG but this game is truer to the board game, with tokens moving around the iconic board, collecting multipliers and prizes to build momentum and big wins of up to 28.600 x your total bet.
The Monopoly Rush Hour slot is a lively game with plenty going on. Played on 4 reels with 256 ways to win, its different to both Monopoly Megaways and Monopoly Deluxe, which both uses the Megaways engine (with up to 117,649 ways to win).
In terms of the gameplay, the key are the dice as this determines how far each token moves around the iconic board. With tokens beginning with multipliers up to 50x, token are active when dice symbols appear on the 4 tokens: every 3 spaces the token moves, the token’s multiplier increases (there is a token meter above the reels).
When a token lands on a space with a House or Hotel, you’ll win a bet multiplier prize: this is then subject to the token’s multiplier. If that is 500x, big wins are possible and can continue to deliver as you work your way around the board with 4 tokens. Chance and Community Chests offer 5 modifiers including entry to the all-important Free Spins feature.
In the Free Spins feature, token positions and multipliers will not reset: you also have added extras including Water Works, Electric Company and Train Stations which award token multipliers times your total bet and extra free spins. The Chance and Community Chest spaces are more lucrative than in the base game with bigger multiplier increases, more spaces moved and up to 12 houses added to the board. Finally, upgrading a property to a Hotel will see the token’s multiplier get a boost up to 250.
With similarities to Monopoly Deluxe, Monopoly Rush Hour offers better gameplay in my opinion. It may appear confusing at first but its about tokens moving around the Monopoly board (when dice rolls occur): the more you build up the tokens’ multipliers, the higher the win potential (especially in the Free Spins feature).
With 28,600 x bet max wins, Monopoly Deluxe comes with bigger max win potential (49,920 x bet) but this latest instalment is more immersive and truer to the Monopoly board game. The constant ‘micro-wins from the Houses and Hotels keeps the base game engaging and the extras in the free spins take it to another level. Fans of Monopoly slotsv will be pleased.
If you want more from Big Time Gaming, there are plenty of stellar games to choose from. They include Bonanza Megaways (the game that started the Megaways revolution) and Star Clusters Megaclusters (Cluster Pays on steroids).
