Just six career runs for the 6yo mare. Two starts over fences and she was a very close runner-up four weeks ago. A capable yardstick finished third that day. Improvement is possible. The trip and going suit her, and she’s weighted to go well.

Pottersjetamay may still be a maiden, but he's shown clear signs of progress across his recent runs. He strung together a trio of solid seconds through the spring and summer and proved especially effective around Fakenham. He travelled well on both occasions there, finishing runner-up twice over 2m, and his earlier Southwell second over hurdles showed he handles good to soft ground when conditions aren't too testing. He's capable of bouncing back now that he returns to more suitable ground and trip.

Small each-way tip, improvement is needed but this horse is less exposed than a few of today's opponents so may well take a step forward today.
