He won for the first time at Roscommon on 7th July, beating a subsequent winner by 3.75 lengths, and followed up off 8lbs higher with a win by 4 lengths at the Galway Festival. He is up another 9lbs, but in what is just his 11th career start, he can find more progress and go in again.

Never got into the race at Killarney in July when appearing disinclined to race, but two good efforts sandwich that disappointing effort. An excellent second at Clonmel in June probably represented a career best, and another frame-making effort in a Kilbeggan maiden five days ago. In both of these races, he has looked happy racing up with the pace (attempted to make all latterly), and should such tactics be employed again today, he may take some catching.

Yosemite Gold can go well for the Doyle yard. Yosemite Gold has won at this trip at Roscommon last time out, and the trainer has horses run well at this Tramore track. So, more on offer from this horse today.

In good health and fit from flat runs, Expound could take this. Won maiden hurdle at this meeting last year, and after a 6th at Tipperary, has won only other hurdle since that and definitely has claims.

Won here in a maiden hurdle last year, and she also won a mares' handicap hurdle. Runner-up here in May, ran last week 6th of 9 at Cork, will relish returning to this venue.
