The two at the top of the market look a little short here, so I am going to oppose them. For some each-way value, I will go with Taipan, who has won here over course and distance and is fresh from a break.

This Songisforyou won a bumper previously at this track and won a big handicap at the Curragh at the end of last season. He has had the benefit of a run already this season and has a tongue tie on for the first time here and can run a big race.

Bunting is my choice from what should be a battle between the front two in the market. Bunting is owned by Tony Bloom, a man that likes a punt and doesn't tend to waste his money. This feels like a nice one as there is a lot of deadwood in this race. Another one for Willie Mullins.

Ran okay at Ascot recently but has a nice draw today. The booking of Seamie Heffernan is a plus, and the ground and trip will be no problem today. Nice e/w price.

Colonia Victoria is a 5-year-old mare trained by Paul Nolan. She is a 1m2f French winner with an RPR of 101. She was the winner of a mares' maiden hurdle when last seen on her second start after a 471-day absence, beating a horse readily by 3.5 lengths called Nytol, who has since won a maiden hurdle and landed a 17-runner Handicap Hurdle to bolster the form. This is a flat race, of course, but she could be open to some improvement, receiving a minimum of 5lb from her rivals.

Didn't take to hurdles for the past two runs for the previous trainer but did win a small field affair in France. Makes a new stable debut and likely to feature.
