Townsville Racetrack Guide
Known as the Cluden Racecourse and located in North Queensland is the Townsville Racecourse which is one of Australia's premier provincial tracks.
The Townsville Turf Club moved to this track in 1882 with the course itself gaining TAB status in 1994.
The Townsville Cup is one of the season's highlights for the racecourse, it is run in July each year and attracts a crowd of around 12k each year.
The course has a circumference of 1680m which is just over a mile with a 310m long home straight which is about one and a half furlongs and drops seven meters over the final 100m.
Using the Townsville Racing Tips

If you wish to use the most tipped runners to bet on, you can use the 'Add to Betslip' option. This will add the runner to the OLBG Betslip, you can add as many runners as you like. Once happy with your betslip, you can then view which bookmaker is offering the best odds. Selecting this bookmaker will transfer the betslip over to their site where you can place your bet.
Alternatively, you can click on the 'All Tips' option, this takes you to the race page where you can view all runners for each race. Here you can see which runners have received tips and read any comments left by our racing tipsters. You can also add runners to your betslip on the race page.
