When a match is played over a maximum of 19 frames, surprises are always possible, but Bingham seems like a big favorite here. He is a former champion of this big tournament, but this year he had to go through the qualifiers to reach the main draw, which he entered with force. In the previous round, he defeated a not-so-easy opponent, Xinbo, 10-2, and after the first session he had a 9-0 advantage. He played a truly phenomenal match without mistakes, so he enters this last round of qualifications with great confidence. His opponent will be Stevens, who is a solid player but not in enviable form. He came to this tournament with only three wins in ten matches played and he struggled a lot against Lines in the previous round. It should also be noted that Bingham won the previous three duels, so I am sure he will achieve another victory.

This will probably be the most uncertain match of this final round of qualifiers because both Jun and Moody are playing in pretty good form. Jun has already won two matches here: first against Carty convincingly 10-3, and then against Slessor, who was considered a slight favorite, 10-7 with a pretty good game. He also had good form before the tournament because he won 7 out of 10 matches played, so we can expect good play from him again. It is quite certain that it will be much harder for him than in the previous two matches because Moody is also in great form coming into this match; in the previous round he defeated Williams 10-5. It is very difficult to predict the winner here, so I am playing over frames because I think both players will have their chances for big breaks. How exciting a match awaits us is certainly shown by their duel in February, when Moody won 5-4, and at no point in that match did either player lead by more than two frames.
