Has outrun his odds consistently and enters handicaps now on what looks like a favorable mark. The trip should suit, going fine. Given even a modicum of improvement, he will be difficult to beat here.

Quite competitive when racing for Richard Hannon in the UK, where she placed in races at least on a par with this one a couple of times. Should give a good account on stable/Irish debut.

Would be something of a good thing here on his best Dundalk form, but hasn't hit those heights of late. However, there are signs that he might be getting back to something like his best last time out and has each-way prospects at least off what looks like a workable mark.

Wide open race, but at the odds, six-time course winner Exquisite Acclaim appeals most. He was a bit sluggish on the turf all summer but bounced back to win on the sand at Laytown last time out and has an obvious chance back on his favoured surface.

Probably not a race to get heavily involved in, but a chance is given to Equilux, who has moved to a top yard after a promising debut effort at Fairyhouse during the summer, where he ran on well once the penny dropped.

Related to several useful sorts and with a top yard, Contrite looks like one of the more likely debutants. Those with form wouldn't appear to be much above the average.

Wily sort who likes this track and bounced back from an indifferent spell to win this race last year. A repeat performance cannot be ruled out.

The best form is of the ancient variety, it must be said, but most of it came at this track. It is interesting to note that new connections have booked Wayne Lordan to ride. A sporting each-way play in the lucky last.
