A dour, defensive scrap with goals difficult to come by. A draw for both teams doesn't do much for either side. Defence dominates the game with a slow build-up to avoid defeat. A draw is my idea for this game.

Norwich will be looking for the three points to motivate players and the crowd to think next season is the return to the Premier League. The squad has improved and can beat Portsmouth.

I take Bradford to take the three points against a team looking tired and weary in this league, with relegation back to League Two likely. Bradford should have too much power for Northampton.

Blackpool need to beat Exeter to give their chances of survival from relegation here. Expecting a tight game, but Blackpool's attacking flair can win the day.

Grimsby are on the fringe of the playoffs and we think they will give a proper beating to Harrogate. An early goal can mean trouble for Harrogate, and from then the floodgates could open for Grimsby's goal-hungry personnel.

Tranmere will come to Shrewsbury looking for a point, but I don't know how they will plan this. Shrewsbury's new-look squad have taken them nine points clear of relegation. If Tranmere lose this, they will be right in danger.

Braintree are a poor side who are on the way to relegation, and Southend need to take this to give their play-off hopes a boost. Southend should overpower this poor-quality Braintree side.

Rochdale are in pole position but cannot afford to slip up as York are waiting three points behind with a better goal record. Morecambe, I don't feel, are able to mix it with Rochdale, so I see nothing better than a Morecambe defeat by Rochdale.

Yeovil can take three points at home against Truro. Yeovil can build and score from moves that we don't think Truro can cope with.

Forest Green need to beat Brackley to secure a play-off place. Forest Green's attack will be looking forward to putting goals in Brackley's net.

I am quite keen on Leicester to beat Preston, who really have nothing to play for. Leicester have to overcome the ten-point deduction imposed by the league. They will group together, get the goal needed, and it should be all Leicester from there.

West Ham can take a step toward safety with a defeat of Wolves. With a side able to score goals, West Ham should find the key to penetrate a leaky Wolves defence.
