Boro are top of the league in the Championship, and they have won their last two home games against Sheffield United and West Bromwich Albion. Middlesbrough beat Stoke home and away last season, and I am backing this will be a hard-fought win against The Potters tonight.

Blackburn Rovers have lost three in a row at home, and Swansea don’t have the best of away records with five defeats in six on the road. Both sides have struggled early in the season, and I am backing this ends in a draw.

The Tigers beat Preston North End at home the last two seasons and I am backing they can get a much needed three points. They beat Southampton 3-1 in their last home game and I am going for Hull to get the result against Preston.

Birmingham have lost four in five, and I am backing this will be a tough home game against a battling Wednesday side. The Owls won away at Plymouth, and I am going for the draw tonight at St Andrews.

Ipswich have won their last two against Sheffield United and Portsmouth, and I am backing they can get a third win in a row. They beat Bristol City home and away last time they played each other, and I am going for the Tractor Boys winning away.

No wins in five for Southampton, and they were beaten 3-1 in their last away game at Hull. Sheffield United got a big win, 1-0, the weekend at Oxford, and I am backing they grind out another hard-fought win at Bramall Lane tonight.

Blackpool have won their last two at home but are down at the bottom of League One right now. Luton have four wins and four defeats in eight. I am backing with four draws in seven meetings, this will end in a point each.

Cardiff are fourth in League One with this game in hand, and a home win would send them top of the table after ten games. Burton are bottom of the table and were beaten 4-0 the weekend at home to Plymouth. I am backing this will be a Cardiff win.

Derby drew last weekend at Wrexham and have drawn two of their last four. Charlton have won their last two, including away to Sheffield United. I am backing Derby won't be easily beaten here, and I am going for the draw.

Bournemouth have drawn their last two against Leeds United and Newcastle United, and I am backing Fulham to make life difficult for them tonight. The last eight head-to-heads have seen four draws, and I am going for the score draw.

Spurs have won the last four head-to-head with Leeds United and have won on their last two visits to Elland Road. Leeds drew at home to Bournemouth and Newcastle, and I am backing Spurs will have more quality in attack to get the away win in this early kick-off.
