I understand that this fixture doesn't bode well for this tip, but last season both sides played with mostly no real point man. Okay, I get Holjlund and Zirkzee were supposed to be Man Utd's poachers, but they weren't even close to being a paper tiger. Both sides, compared to the previous, have potent attacking threats now. Man Utd have gone recruiting Premier League established forwards like Mbuemo and Cunha, and they've also poached the potent Sesko. Same as Arsenal with Gyokeres, and they still got Saka, Martinelli, and Odegaard. It's a goal fest at Old Trafford here.

It's a goal fest in this one. Chelsea are in form, stable, and more confident as a team compared to last season. They've acquired stone-cold goalscorers like Pedro and Delap, and they've recruited the high-flying Gittens. Now, I haven't mentioned their established players like Cole Palmer that can easily score. Crystal Palace have done well for themselves under Glasner. They've moved away from the conservative English football that typified the era of Hodgson. They also have stone-cold strikers like Mateta and exciting goalscorers like Eze and Sarr, and they play fluid football too. They've ensured that they score in 5 out of 6 in the last 6 head-to-head matches between them and Chelsea, but I figure Chelsea will want to have a great start if their aspirations are Top 4 or winning the league. I expect Twente to at least score a goal on their home ground here. In their first game against Zwolle, they were unlucky not to score and to lose. They had a far better expected goals of 1.17 according to Sofascore, and it was Zwolle's GK that had the highest Sofascore rating. They've got established Eredivisie strikers like Wolfswinkel, and they've also got Lammers.
