I like the Dragons here. Warriors are coming off a rare Tie after extra time last week at home to Manly. They had to come from behind(8 points) to force the Tie Break and Manly were the better side in difficult conditions. Dragons have taken some time to settle but look good under new coach Flanaghan. They won last time they played in Woolongon impressing by flogging Manly, Ironicaly the Warriors last opponent, but were smoked up in Newcastle next round. They are coming in off an away win against a tricky Tigers side and they look about good to take a big scalp here. Warriors look flimsy on the bench for this one. Also, the Warriors, over the past two seasons, have been a better Road side as a result of having to relocate to Australlia during Covid and winning at home has been a hard job. They lost to the Sharks in Game 1 at Go Stadium after stridding to a big early lead, and held down the Knights in windy conditions. However, the heavy ground underfoot suits Manly better and coming off an impressive win over Premiers Penrith last week, I think they are way undervalued here. Dolphins will be without in form centre Herbie Farnsworth and experienced forwards Fledger and Kaufusi. this is a huge hole for the Redcliffs side. We have seen Melbourne put up a complete performance outside their 8-0 win over the Panthers in their opening match. Yeah, the roosters lost their last match to Canterbury, who posted 26 unanswered points to go to half time looking like they had this game in the bag, especialy when the Chooks were reduced to 12 men in the 27th minute when Dom Young was sent off. Sydney copped a sprey from Coach Robinson and the 12 man unit then scored 26 points of their own in the second stanza to fall short of victory 30-26. This Roosters side too good to be written off against Hewcastle who they have beaten the Kinights in 8 of their last 10 meetings and the last 3 at Newcastle.

I don't think we see The Roosters letting 6 tries through this match like they did against the Bulldogs last week, 5 of which were in the 1st half, and I don't see the Knights being as dominant as they were against the Dragons like last week either. Robinson will be demanding a tough restricting 'D' in this one so chances Newcastle post more than 14 points slight. Roosters will be missing Teddy at the back so will be happy to consolidate a win with out to much fuss. Close match but Roosters always in control both sides go under 20 points.

I'm pretty sure Huddersfield will arrive in Wembly thinking they have 2 points in the bag. Looking at the Broncos record this season they would be justified. However, London have faced the "Big 4",( St Helens, Wigan, Warrington and Catalans) in their first 5 games and their perfomance against Hull FC in round 3 was creditable having lead til the 78th minute. Their roster has been decimated and they have a few loan players, but their style of attack attack from anywhere could be enough if we see some ill discipline from the Giants, and that is a real possibility if london get off to a good start. I think the Odds are too long for this one, and confident that the Broncos Cover the handicap at least.
