Unbeaten so far and looks to have plenty of improvement to still come. This trip and conditions look perfect and yet to be majorly challenged. This is harder but likely to be bang there. Trainer and jockey both in form. Has to be high on the list.

Form can be a little hit and miss but largely consistent in these events and runs well at Aintree. So, at the price, it could be worth a few quid today! Handles these hurdles nicely and has conditions to suit. Expect a big run, and I'm risking a win over each way today. Should be bang there.

Definitely not getting any younger, and form, although consistent, doesn't win as often as he probably should. He has a great record here, and in a wide-open affair, the odds look solid for an each-way bet! Conditions shouldn't be a problem, and I can see a huge run from my selection. He can show some of the younger ones how it's done today.

Possibly and arguably the greatest horse we have ever seen over these conditions based on previous figures and it's impossible to oppose! Forget the fall at Cheltenham, this horse has bags and bags of ability and a thunderous turn of foot! Let's not forget how it left Lossiemouth to bolt up at the December meeting and surely does the same today! If you're looking for a big stake single this is your horse! Run on you beauty!

In terms of quality, this is one of the weaker races on the card, so it may be worth opposing the favorite at such short odds and taking a chance elsewhere. GIVE IT TO ME OJ has been steadily improving and could be worth an each-way chance at the price. Looks to improve again for a try at Aintree, and let's not forget it cost £100,000 and is pretty well related to benefit from today's conditions. Always a risk, but certainly the race where I can see an upset. Small stakes for this one, but can certainly get involved with improvement likely.

A few of these have decent claims, but it's very hard to get away from Jango Baie's chances in this! What a wonderful ride at Cheltenham when outpaced for a majority of it, but the way it picked up towards the end was very impressive and can do the same here today. The further distance should definitely suit, and come the final turn, could get away from the rest. Very tempting value as I'm surprised it isn't the favourite for this!
